With over 15 years of experience in the industry—11 of those at Changes Hair Studio—Originally from Newfoundland, she brings a down-to-earth approach to her work, and she loves connecting with clients to create looks that reflect their individual style.

Susan specializes in blonding and lived-in colour, creating soft, low-maintenance looks that grow out beautifully. She loves working with all shades and styles to help each client feel confident and refreshed.

Outside the salon, Susan loves spending time with her partner, their three children, and their furry crew—two cats and a dog who always keeps them on their toes!
